We do not collect or store cryptocurrency wallet addresses, seed phrases, private keys, or account balances.

4. Legal Basis
Under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of South Korea, we process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests in maintaining accurate registry records, and your consent where required (e.g., analytics cookies).
5. Data Retention
Register records are retained for the duration of your service engagement plus seven years, in accordance with South Korean commercial record-keeping requirements. Contact form submissions are retained for two years. Analytics data is retained for 26 months.

Physical register volumes are stored in a locked, climate-controlled cabinet at our Daejeon office. Digital records are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to authorised staff.
