Refund Policy
Overview
This policy covers refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and deposits for envelope registry services provided by Page Aspen Field Co., Ltd.
Deposit and Confirmation
A 30% deposit is required to confirm intake appointments, audit sessions, and envelope preparation bookings. The deposit is applied to your final invoice.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. A second reschedule within the same booking cycle incurs a ₩25,000 administrative fee.
Refund Eligibility for Completed Services
- Registration intake: Non-refundable once the intake session has begun and register entries are created.
- Annual review: Non-refundable once the review inspection has started.
- Envelope preparation: Non-refundable once seals are applied.
- Registry audit: Partial refund (50%) available if you cancel after the auditor has travelled to your location but before the audit begins.
Non-Refundable Items
- Materials used in envelope preparation (envelopes, seals, labels)
- Travel fees for on-site visits once the reviewer has departed
- Rush intake supplements
- Custody transfer documentation completed and signed
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your financial institution.
Work Already Started
If we have begun creating register entries, photographing envelopes, or applying seals, the session is considered started and the deposit is non-refundable. We will complete any work already in progress and provide the corresponding deliverables.
Service Dissatisfaction
If you believe a review or audit was conducted incorrectly, contact us within 14 days. We will re-examine the relevant register entries at no charge. Financial compensation is limited to the fee for the specific session in question.
Cancellation by Page Aspen Field
If we cancel your appointment due to staff illness or office closure, you receive a full refund of any deposit or a complimentary reschedule — your choice.
