Sealed Envelope Registration & Annual Review

Who this register is for

Individuals and families who hold hardware wallet recovery materials inside tamper-evident envelopes — whether stored at home, in a deposit box, or split across two locations — and want a third party to maintain an independent record of seal integrity without ever opening the contents.

What is included

  • Intake session: We photograph each envelope exterior, record seal serial numbers, note envelope dimensions and weight, and log the declared storage location.
  • Bound register entry: A numbered page in our archival ledger with your reference code, envelope count, seal types, and custody notes.
  • Annual review appointment: Visual inspection of every seal, re-weighing, comparison against intake photographs, and updated ledger notation.
  • Custody transfer log: Documentation when envelopes move between family members, executors, or storage sites.
  • Review summary letter: A one-page report after each inspection noting seal status, any anomalies, and recommended next review date.

What is excluded

We do not open envelopes, photograph seed phrase contents, verify blockchain balances, or provide investment guidance. Our role is limited to the physical envelope and its register record.

The review process

  1. You bring envelopes to our Yuseong-gu office (or we visit your Daejeon location).
  2. We complete intake documentation without handling internal contents.
  3. You receive a registry reference number and a copy of the intake page.
  4. We schedule your first annual review at 11–13 months.
  5. At review, any seal compromise is noted immediately and you decide next steps.

Preparation

Bring all envelopes you wish registered, any existing notes about seal numbers, and government-issued identification. If envelopes are held off-site, provide the deposit box reference so we can log it without accessing the box during intake.

Next step

Contact us with your envelope count and preferred intake date. We will confirm availability and send a preparation checklist.
