1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at page-aspenfield.click or engaging Page Aspen Field Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for envelope registry services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Page Aspen Field provides physical documentation and review services for sealed backup envelopes associated with offline wallet custody. Our services include envelope registration, seal integrity reviews, envelope preparation, and registry audits. We do not open envelopes, access recovery phrase contents, manage cryptocurrency assets, or provide financial advice.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. See our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about envelope contents, storage locations, and authorised custody holders. You must bring valid identification to intake sessions. You must not request that we open envelopes or access recovery materials.

5. Intellectual Property

All register formats, review report templates, and website content are the intellectual property of Page Aspen Field Co., Ltd. You may not reproduce our register pages or report formats without written permission. Your personal register data belongs to you; we retain archival copies as part of our service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for loss of access to cryptocurrency, financial losses, or damages arising from envelope tampering that occurred outside our review periods. Our reviews document seal condition at the time of inspection; we do not guarantee future seal integrity.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client register information as confidential. We do not disclose register details to third parties except as required by law or with your written authorisation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Daejeon, South Korea.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
